Laurie Ford is a Christian therapist, prophetic voice, and mentor who carries a mantle to minister to those who minister. She has been uniquely called to serve the heart of the leader—the ones who preach freedom but feel trapped in their own pain, who pour out every week but are silently running on empty, who counsel others but have nowhere to go when they’re unraveling.

 

With over sixteen years in the counseling and ministry field, Laurie seamlessly integate professional clinical training with prophetic discernment to create a haven for pastors, church staff, worship leaders, and ministry leaders where they are welcomed just as they are—exhausted, burdened, and broken—then guided into deep healing, fresh clarity, and full restoration.

She understands that ministry can be both a calling and a crushing. That’s why she doesn’t offer surface-level solutions or quick fixes. Through one-on-one counseling, coaching, consulting, and Spirit-led strategies, Laurie helps leaders untangle emotional exhaustion, navigate burnout, confront silent battles, and set boundaries that honor both their assignment and their humanity.
