A: We specialize in supporting pastors, church staff, and ministry leaders who are navigating burnout, betrayal, transition, anxiety, trauma, and identity struggles—all while still leading others. If you pour out often but rarely have a safe place to heal, this space was created for you.

​​Q: Is this counseling or coaching?

A: We offer both. As a licensed Christian therapist and prophetic strategist, Laurie Ford provides clinical therapy for deep emotional and mental healing, and consulting/coaching for vision clarity, leadership alignment, and ministry development. We’ll work together to determine what you need most.

​​Q: Is everything confidential?

A: Yes. 100%. We offer a judgment-free, confidential space where your position, platform, or title won’t limit your ability to process pain, ask hard questions, or receive healing.

 

Do you offer virtual sessions?

A: Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual sessions. We do other sessions in house or in a secure location but this is discussed in advance. 

 

Q: Do you integrate faith into sessions?

A: Absolutely. We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit, prayer, and the Word of God—combined with sound clinical strategies. Each session is Spirit-led, trauma-informed, and deeply rooted in biblical truth.

 

Q: What are the costs and do you take insurance?

A: We are a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance. This helps protect your privacy and allows us to serve you without limitations. Flexible packages are available for individual therapy, leadership intensives, and ministry consulting.

 

Q: I’m exhausted and don’t know where to start. Can you help?

A: Yes, You don’t need to come with a plan—just come as you are. We’ll walk with you from breakdown to breakthrough with grace and clarity. Many leaders are functioning while broken. We help you heal from the inside out without the pressure to perform.

 

Q: Can my leadership team or spouse join sessions?

A: Yes. We offer team strategy sessions, Rebuilding/Restructing the Church, staff wellness intensives for churches navigating conflict, grief, or transitions. We do not offer marriage counseling at this time. We do have referrals if you would like a list of marriage counselors.

 

Q:How do I know if this is right for me?

A: If you’re leading while bleeding, stuck in survival mode, or silently carrying spiritual fatigue, this is your safe place to come undone and be rebuilt. You don’t have to do it alone.
